Eligibility Criteria

This promotion is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are a new flex customer (i.e., you have not purchased an insurance policy from us within the last 6 months).
• You meet Zego's standard underwriting and eligibility criteria. Eligibility for the promotion does not guarantee an offer of insurance.

How to Redeem

1. Enter the code in the promo field on the 'Enable your product' page of the app for pay-as-you-go.

Cancellations and Refunds

Zego Flex PAYG operates on a shift-by-shift basis. Each time you start a delivery shift, a separate short-term policy is created. Because each policy lasts for less than one month, the standard 14-day cancellation right does not apply to individual shift policies.

If you close your account before the Credit has been fully used, any remaining unused credit will be lost. However, any funds you have personally topped up into your account can still be refunded in line with Zego’s standard account terms.

General Conditions

1. The Credit is funded by Zego and does not represent money belonging to you. It cannot be withdrawn as cash, transferred or refunded under any circumstances.
2. The Credit will appear within your account balance on the Zego Sense app. Only the funds you have personally topped up into your account are available for withdrawal or refund. The Credit part of your balance is excluded from any refund or withdrawal.
3. The Credit will be automatically applied towards the cost of your shift premiums. It will be used before any of your own topped-up funds are drawn upon.
4. The Credit does not expire but Zego's standard non-usage fee may still apply if there is no shift activity for three months.
5. Standard policy set-up or administration fees still apply.
6. This promotion is valid only once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other Zego promotion or referral code.
7. Codes cannot be shared, published or distributed on third-party websites without Zego's written permission. Zego reserves the right to void any discount where we suspect fraudulent activity or unauthorised distribution.

Other

1. Offer is valid from 6.00am on 19 May 2026 and ends 23:59 on 30 June 2026.
2. Zego reserves the right to extend, shorten, withdraw or deactivate this promotion at any time at our discretion, including by reducing or removing any unspent Credit that has not yet been applied to a shift premium. Credit that has already been used will not be affected.
3. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
4. These terms apply in addition to Zego's general Terms & Conditions. In case of any conflict between these terms and Zego's general Terms & Conditions, these terms shall prevail.
